As the Chief Medical Officer of EmpowerMe Wellness, Dr. Joseph “Jody” Mitchell oversees and manages clinical practices, focuses on staff development for field clinicians, and utilizes the most current research and practices to provide better outcomes for residents of senior living communities nationwide.

Craig has been with EverSpring for more than two years. As a former graduate of St. Louis College of Pharmacy, Craig has served 10+ years as an adjunct professor at his alma mater. For the past 19 years, he has specialized as a Consultant Pharmacist concentrating on the Developmentally and Geriatric Population. He also has his ASCP Disease Trainingship qualified.

Kathi has been with EverSpring for over four years. She has 30 years’ long-term care experience with over 20 years as RN Consultant for a national LTC pharmacy and as a Director of Nursing. She offers exceptional customer service and understanding of the LTC regulatory process.

Mele’ has over 20 Years IDD experience. She is a trainer for Level 1 med aides, as well as a trainer for the Alzheimer’s Association. She is an NTSG Affiliate Trainer with a focus on the IDD population. She provides workshops for caregivers, and she advocates for IDD individuals in areas of dementia, maneuvering in the medical field, diagnosis, and genetic testing.

Mick has over 15 years of long-term care experience. He has been with EverSpring since its inception. Having been involved in the startup and growth of EverSpring, Mick offers an understanding of every role in an LTC pharmacy.

Robin has been with EverSpring since its inception in 2008. She has over 30 years of long-term care pharmacy experience, having worked in all aspects of our organization. Her customer service and problem-solving abilities are excellent.
